We keep tracking to a minimum. This page explains what is stored on your device when you use the Hy Living website.
Essential storage
- Saved properties: your shortlist is kept in your browser's local storage so your saved listings persist between visits. It stays on your device and is not used to track you.
Third-party requests
- Map tiles: our maps load from MapTiler, which may receive your IP address to serve the map.
- Fonts: our typefaces load from Google Fonts.
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Managing cookies and storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing local storage will remove your saved properties. Disabling third-party requests may stop maps or fonts from loading correctly.
